We purchase all of our stock directly from the official Goros store in Tokyo, Japan. We are the only Goro’s official authorized dealer in the world (see
here for more information). We have partnered up with Goro’s directly in Japan and buy directly from them, to resell worldwide. Each product we purchase is inspected immediately upon receipt to ensure it is in perfect condition and free of flaws.
We will also provide a certificate of authenticity to all our customers, so you may rest assured when buying from our store. Since our items are directly purchased from Goros, you do not have to worry about imitations or second-hand products and can use them with full confidence. In addition, we also offer a 14 day refund policy.
We offer free, worldwide express shipping and all of our orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Depending on which shipping option you choose (FedEx, DHL, etc.) orders typically arrive 5-10 days after.
No, all of taxes and customs duties are prepaid and included in the price.
